Nintendo announce ‘New 3DS’ coming in 2015

Nintendo held a Japanese Nintendo Direct today to announce that both the 3DS and the 3DS XL are being revised and updated. Europe will have to wait until 2015 for the updated handheld to reach our shores. The ‘New Nintendo 3DS’ and ‘New Nintendo 3DS LL’ (XL = LL in Japan) are a both a little larger, heavier, has a second analogue stick, coloured face buttons, NFC capabilities and the option of front and back faceplates.The internals of the device has a had a little refresh too. Both ‘New Nintendo 3DS’ devices have faster processors, brighter screens and considerably longer battery life. The ‘New 3DS’ has 3.5 to 6 hours of battery and the ‘New 3DS XL’ has 3.5 hours to 7 hours too.

Konami releases new PES 2015 screens; announces pre-order incentive

Konami has announced a special incentive for those pre-ordering PES 2015.

Anyone pre-ordering PES 2015 will receive exclusive elements for use within the game’s new myClub mode. This has been built around the UEFA Team Of The Year, which includes 10,000 Game Points, 10 Recovery Items to assist the fitness of the squad, and 1 player picked at random from the team voted by over 5 million people on UEFA.com.

PES 2015 won gamescom’s prestigious ‘Best Sports Game’ award, pipping FIFA 2015 at the same time.
